ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Boss Talk Entrepreneurial Program focuses on positive self Image & reinforcement. Our workshops consist of: Business plan development, networking, branding, creating/designing apparel & merchandise, marketing, photography and videography.

FINANCIAL LITERACY
Through our partnerships with bank institutions and successful community members we are able to work towards advancing communities by making them more financial literate. We offer workshops on Banking, Debt Management, personal and business credit, budgeting, investing & retirement.

SPORTS & REC.
Sports have always been a tool used to engage with youth and teens to help defer from the negative impacts of peer pressures. Through our partnerships, we are able to offer free sporting events and activities for community members.

MENTAL HEALTH
Mental health is something to be addressed for all communities. With our audience coming from high crime neighborhoods we understand the traumas that come with and the importance of equipping those in need with immediate resources. With our Mental Health workshops,100% of participants are able to leave with tools and mechanisms to help cope with stress, trauma, anxiety and other issues.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Our professional development program was curated to help youth teens and adults prepare for the workforce. We offer workshops on resume building, interview preparation, job retention, customer service, point of sale, management and more. We have partnered with small businesses to assist with job placement at the end of our programs.

CREATIVE ARTS
In our creative arts program we give participants the opportunity to explore activities that are not offered in most public school settings. Through our partnerships we are able to offer activities such as: acting, dance, painting, graphic design, music, film, photography, videography, creative writing, story telling and more!
